AddedEducation was founded by twin siblings Akshay and Aditi Maliwal. Akshay had offers from Yale, UPenn, NYU, and Rice, but chose a golf scholarship at UC Berkeley. Aditi, a squash champion, went on to Stanford. They both attended United World College of South East Asia, thriving in the GCSE and IB programs, the #1 IB school at the time.

Inspired by family values and the desire to share it with others, Akshay and Aditi brought their different skillsets and built AddedEducation into a global leader in personalized, supportive, and trusted student consulting with proven results.
