Born and raised in Asia, and feeling a strong affinity for Asian athletes, he started AddedSport, to assist junior athletes in their career decisions. Muthu is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is an experienced finance professional having spent over 20 years advising enterprises during his stints with Deloitte (Audit & Assurance) and ICICI Securities (Investment Banking). Muthu is passionate about sports and was a college-level soccer player.

Tushar Liberhan is a former professional tennis player who has represented India across all 4 major grand slams and ranked 29 internationally (U-18). He completed his Masters in Sports Business from New York University and spent some time working at the US Open in New York before coming back to India and sharing his knowledge with athletes in Asia to enable them to hone their skills. Over the last few years, Tushar has counseled several gifted athletes and students while also running many world-class events for junior athletes in tennis and golf.

A former national swimmer who went to UT Austin to pursue a Masters in Education. Tanvi has been involved in education, mentoring and counseling since 2016. She was an Academic Advisor to many athletes at one of the best D1 schools in the country. Tanvi is both a certified Career Coach and a Certified Life Skills Trainer and over the years has mentored over 2000+ students in planning and achieving their career goals. Jessica was part of the Indonesian National Golf Team, before pursuing her undergraduate degree at the Univerity of Richmond: Robins School of Business (concentration in Finance), while leading the Division I Richmond Spiders golf team. As the team captain, she led the team to their first Conference title in the Women’s golf program’s history of 14 years, and was a nominee for “Athlete of the Year Award” in her Senior Year. She played professional golf after graduation and did the Philippines, Taiwan and Asian ladies tours.

A native of San Francisco, Linda is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese and visits China regularly, enabling her to establish a global perspective and an understanding of different cultures.

With over 12 years of experience in music, Linda’s career is marked by numerous high-profile performances and collaborations. She was a proud member of the five-time GRAMMY Award-winning San Francisco Girls Chorus for 12 years, where she not only honed her vocal skills but also served as section leader on two occasions. Her musical journey includes training under the mentorship of GRAMMY Award-winning mezzo-soprano Kelley O’Connor and singing in notable productions, such as the San Francisco Opera’s 2017 production of Turandot.

Linda has shared the stage with legendary musicians like Bobby McFerrin, and she has been featured in numerous prestigious venues, including San Francisco’s Davies Symphony Hall since 2013. In addition to her performance career, Linda is a skilled composer and arranger, and is trained in producing music through ProTools. She is also proficient in conducting as she currently serves as the Acapella Conductor for the Radcliffe Choral Society at Harvard University, a 60-voice soprano-alto choral ensemble with a storied history dating back to 1899.

Linda’s musical fluency extends beyond vocal performance. She sings in six languages—Italian, French, German, Spanish, Latin, and English—and plays a wide range of instruments, including piano, viola, violin, guitar, flute, clarinet, recorder, harmonica, and trumpet. She has also had the honor of performing before renowned soprano Renée Fleming. As a singer-songwriter based in Brooklyn, she continues to create and perform, blending South Asian and jazz, neo-soul influences in her music.

As a competitive junior, he was ranked No. 2 in Assam across multiple age groups, reached the Top 20 in India (U-16) and Top 30 (U-18), and competed at premier national events such as the Fenesta National Championships and Mumbai Nationals, reaching the semifinals, while achieving a career-high UTR of 11. Alongside his work in sports and education, Akash has experience in financial data and research through his work with Morningstar and exposure to platforms like PitchBook. Having played squash at the national level in Asia and then being recruited by Stanford, Aditi has a lot of experience with this process. Christian Appleman is Yale University’s Tennis Coach for the last 16 years, and has recruited several Asian student-athletes for Yale’s tennis lineup. Christian has also participated in several Tennis Showcase Events run by DreamBig Events in Manila, Singapore, and New Delhi and several Asian families have already enjoyed personal interactions with him in the last couple of years. Himself a celebrated college athlete Christian has been associated with college-athletics for the last 30 years. Christian is also an American national recipient of the Positive Coaching Alliance Double-Goal Coach® Award in 2015 for “his positive impact on youth athletes.” With his vast knowledge about collegiate athletics and recruiting, Christian’s deep insights will definitely be of tremendous advantage to Asian families.
