Jessica was part of the Indonesian National Golf Team, before pursuing her undergraduate degree at the Univerity of Richmond: Robins School of Business (concentration in Finance), while leading the Division I Richmond Spiders golf team. As the team captain, she led the team to their first Conference title in the Women’s golf program’s history of 14 years, and was a nominee for “Athlete of the Year Award” in her Senior Year. She played professional golf after graduation and did the Philippines, Taiwan and Asian ladies tours.

She explored a career in one of the Big 3 strategy consulting firms, and eventually decided that her heart is at helping students and student-athletes reach their maximum potential to get into the best universities.

To date, she has helped more than over 50 to the best universities, including Dartmouth College, UPenn, U Chicago, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon University, Rice University, USC, Villanova, UCLA, Boston College, NYU and many others. On weekends, she teaches underprivileged children who live by the sewers and do not have the privilege of getting any education.

A Silver Medalist in the 2019 SEA Games representing her nation, Ashilla is a softball and baseball athlete from Indonesia. She also competed successfully for Indonesia in the Junior World Baseball Championships and Asian Games.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Engineering, Ashilla has worked with over 100 students over the years and mentored students who have been accepted to top schools like Columbia, Dartmouth, NYU, Emory, Swarthmore, and many others.

Ashilla heads our Early Advising Program with the goal of working with younger students in finding their path to passion at an early age and implementing a college-ready mindset, to build the best and most authentic profile to get them into top universities abroad.

Andrew Maruca is a Lead Counselor in Hong Kong with over eight years of experience specializing in Chinese and Chinese American students’ college applications. A Williams College graduate (BA in Art History and Arabic Studies) and former varsity squash captain, he attended Phillips Exeter Academy and later worked as a squash coach before moving to mainland China.

Working across major Chinese cities including Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, Andrew has helped students gain acceptance to top institutions including Stanford, MIT, and the Ivy League. He focuses on helping students develop strong application profiles, improve writing skills, and prepare for studying abroad.

In Fall of 2023 alone, Andrew helped students get into Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, Brown, Dartmouth, UChicago and prestigious UK institutions like Cambridge and LSE.

Ashni has been involved in education, guiding, and counseling since 2019. After obtaining her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Education from Sarah Lawrence College, New York, Ashni had the opportunity to work with prospective students all over the world. Being a part of the Admissions Office, Ashni was responsible for interviewing prospective students and looking at their profiles as they applied to universities in the United States of America.

While being a career consultant and mentor, Ashni is also a certified Psychologist. Over the years, she has mentored numerous students from early stages of career development and has helped them gain acceptances into prestigious universities. Ashni has also conducted psychometric tests for students to help them understand the best suited career option based on their aptitude, interest, personality and skill. At AddedEducation, Ashni has worked with academic and athletic students from various academic backgrounds, such as business, economics, art, engineering, and computer science. She continues to mentor and guide students to help them get accepted into their best fit university.
