Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.
Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova — our in-house research cell that fosters intellectual curiosity and original thinking, Public Speaking — helping students master the art of confident communication, and the Book Club — designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.
We are looking for a highly strategic and creative storyteller who can architect, lead, and execute AddedEducation’s global content engine. This role blends strategic narrative-building, content architecture, performance-driven content creation, and cross-functional leadership. You will shape how students, parents, partners, and global markets understand who we are and what we stand for.
Responsibilities:
- Individual Consultations: Providing personalized, in-depth consultations to students on a range of critical research aspects, including the selection and refinement of research topics, the application of appropriate research methodologies, and the effective utilization of data analysis techniques.
- Research Question and Hypothesis Development: Actively assisting students in the crucial early stages of research by guiding them in the formulation of clear, focused, and testable research questions and well-defined hypotheses.
- Comprehensive Research Process Guidance: Skillfully guiding students through the entire research process, encompassing thorough literature reviews, ethical and effective data collection methods, rigorous data analysis, and the clear and concise presentation of findings in written form.
- Feedback and Submission Assistance: Offering constructive and timely feedback on various drafts of research papers, providing guidance on revisions and improvements, and assisting students with the often complex submission process to relevant academic journals, professional conferences, or the company’s esteemed in-house journal.
- Quality Assurance Participation: Actively participating in the Program’s quality assurance processes, which include diligent progress monitoring of student projects and constructive engagement in internal peer reviews of research papers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Strong research background and experience in conducting research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in relevant research software and tools.
- Knowledge of grant writing and publication processes.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting students and researchers.
- Experience in academic advising or counseling.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Familiarity with research ethics regulations.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
