Based in Singapore with operations across the globe, we are a team of young like-minded people united by a single mission: to support and promote sporting and academic excellence. Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.
Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova — our in-house research cell that fosters intellectual curiosity and original thinking, Public Speaking — helping students master the art of confident communication, and the Book Club — designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with lead counselors and senior lead counselors to provide support for client requirements and priorities. These include –
- College career planning for clients in collaboration with other consultants,
- Communication with US university/college admissions, coaches and other professionals
- University Application planning and review
- Support the team for Premium Client Support as and when needed
- Manage Pre-High School (Early Advising) program administration
- Supporting the management team in different research projects as may arise, from time to time
- Support the team to plan webinars (end-to-end), create presentation content and any other awareness driven activity
- Follow the Client Delivery Process at AddedEducation to ensure all communication is updated in the project management tool, in collaboration with the team at AddedEducation
Required Skills:
- Relevant Masters Degree from a reputed college or university
- You should have the passion and the motivation to work. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational ability and result-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills – writing, interviewing and research skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, Basic understanding of Tech. systems.
- Almost a superhuman attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking ability, proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Demonstrates the AddedEducation Values – Listen, Ideate, Strategize, Tenacity.
