Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities in the assigned region
  • Lead and manage business development & partnership initiatives
  • Conduct end-to-end research on the prospects. Review, and assess the necessary details of the prospects (students) and prepare the Evaluation report
  • Conduct screening calls with qualified leads. Evaluate fit, recommend way forward with the AddedEducation team. 
  • Prepare the Engagement plan, build the College Research Activity for the prospective student with the guidance from the Relationship Manager
  • Coordinate with the team with the necessary information to generate the Letter of Engagement
  • Manage complete scheduling, logistics, communication for/ during/ post the meetings, calls with the prospect
  • Manage all documentation, notes, and summary for each call and interaction with the prospect at every stage
  • Understanding how to use our library of client successes as a marketing tool for future sales
  • Support in Prospecting new markets and customers
  • Work closely with the delivery team to provide support to deepen and broaden client-engagement in order to develop new business

Required Skills and Educational Qualifications:

You should have the passion and the motivation to work in the education industry. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A good Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university 
  • Extremely Sales focused with deep critical thinking skills 
  • Exceptional communication skills – writing, interviewing and research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Almost a superhuman attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude

What Success Looks Like? 

  • Generate 15–25 qualified leads per month
  • 60–70% show-up rate to booked consultations
  • 2–3 closures per month from your leads (closed by RMs)
  • Build 3–5 active referral partnerships within 3 months
