Research Question and Hypothesis Development: Actively assisting students in the crucial early stages of research by guiding them in the formulation of clear, focused, and testable research questions and well-defined hypotheses.
Comprehensive Research Process Guidance: Skillfully guiding students through the entire research process, encompassing thorough literature reviews, ethical and effective data collection methods, rigorous data analysis, and the clear and concise presentation of findings in written form.
Feedback and Submission Assistance: Offering constructive and timely feedback on various drafts of research papers, providing guidance on revisions and improvements, and assisting students with the often complex submission process to relevant academic journals, professional conferences, or the company’s esteemed in-house journal.
Quality Assurance Participation: Actively participating in the Program’s quality assurance processes, which include diligent progress monitoring of student projects and constructive engagement in internal peer reviews of research papers.
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Strong research background and experience in conducting research.
