Srividya Maliwal is the Co-Founder and COO of The Added Company – an Asia-wide Sports and Education startup focused on nurturing gifted Asian students and athletes. Previously, she was the Chief Producer and Co-Founder of Playware Studios –a leading games-for-learning company in Asia. She continues to be on the Board of Playware Studios as an Advisor and Mentor.She has over 30 years of experience with corporate organizations and technology start-ups across Asia. She has been keenly involved in Technology-enabled learning and training and has mentored a number of startups in this area in the last 25 years. Amongst others, the startups that she has founded and nurtured include Edutech Informatics – a software training company in India, Sara Consulting – a pan-Asia investment management and consulting company, Playware Studios and AddedEducation – a Sports-and-Education consulting services firm across Asia. She was the President of the Singapore Serious Games Association in 2014-15. She was also a member of the Parents’ Advisory Board of Stanford University, USA between 2008 and 2012. She has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi.
