Develop localized marketing strategies while ensuring a consistent brand voice and measurable ROI across platforms like Google, Meta, SEO, SEM, and Display.
Implement marketing automation and lead generation tactics to maximize conversions and funnel performance for HNI audience.
Work closely with the leadership team & Sales team to optimize the conversion funnel and report on growth insights, feedback, and outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance across geographies using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards, etc., to refine audience targeting and reduce CPL/CPA.
Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs such as demand gen funnel health, campaign ROI, strategic impact, and market penetration.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to tailor messaging and creatives for different cultural contexts and audience segments.
Continuously run A/B tests and experiments to uncover what works best for different geographies and audience cohorts.
Set up & own webinar & event-led funnel across ad platforms
Establish a clear lead scoring & filtering criteria with the marketing & sales team to ensure high-quality leads.
Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies in each region.
Implement and verify offline conversion tracking across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok using HubSpot data to demonstrate which online leads ultimately became clients.
Use data-driven insights to create hyper-responsive Lookalike Audiences and value-based bidding strategies.
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing or online sales. Previous work experience in the Tertiary Education sector is preferred
Proven success in multi-geography campaign management and audience segmentation.
Experience with Online to Offline Funnel journey.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven campaign optimization.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot (or similar CRM). Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Must have working knowledge of automation tools like Hubspot, Zapier, Unbounce, Make, and Google Optimize
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex results in a clear, impactful manner.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones and with diverse teams.
Experience in working with remote teams and startup environments is a plus.
