This position will own revenue growth for the geography. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving new business, building a high-performing team, and implementing systems for predictable growth. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach to closing deals.The selected candidate will lead market outreach, team management and client engagement. This professional is expected to be completely hands-on with developing, managing relationships with prospects and clients, extensive discussions and ideations with the management team on product development and positioning of our services.
Develop and execute the sales strategy, sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the College Counseling business
Transition the sales function from founder-led to a scalable, repeatable, and accountable sales model.
Responsible for delivering the overall targets for the assigned country(ies). Ensures revenue forecasts are maintained as per the predictability by driving lead generation
Provides support in Ideating new product designs and service offerings to optimize customer value
Gathers the understanding of county/region specifics points and recommends improvements

Responsible to provide guidance to the team members for feeding required details and clarifying expectations/deliverables from them for lead generation, qualification & closure planning & implementation
Collaborate with the Marketing team for digital campaigns to generate leads
Provide guidance and feedback to the Digital Media team in order to optimize the volume and quality of leads from Digital media
Guide the team to identify important touch points for current clients and Business Partners and develop an Engagement activity calendar around it
Responsible for the implementation of the Engagement activities as per the calendar and generation of referrals
Responsible for driving various lead-generating activities through other sources (Webinars. Partnerships)
Oversee management of Business Partner / Coach onboardings and keep them active
Ensure the implementation of lead qualification as per process
Monitor and evaluate the quality of lead generation and qualification by the team and intervenes wherever deemed necessary
Strive towards creating Brand visibility by bringing and representing AddedEducation on relevant forums and platforms (seminars, Webinars, exhibitions, etc.).
