Yannick Malo leads the Young Talent Program at AddedEducation, where he builds, mentors, and empowers the next generation of education professionals. He designs and drives the program’s full life cycle; from onboarding and training to performance and growth, shaping a high-performing team culture rooted in clarity, ownership, and purpose. His work plays a strategic role in developing internal talent and setting the foundation for long-term organizational excellence.

With a BA in Translation from Concordia University and a background in education, operations, and student advocacy, Yannick brings both structure and empathy to everything he does. He is deeply committed to helping young professionals grow into confident, capable leaders from day one.
