A published writer and mentor, Vandanee has over six years of experience in education and academic consulting. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and an Executive MBA degree from SP Jain School of Global Management—an internationally recognized program accredited in Australia, Dubai, and Singapore.

At AddedEducation, Vandanee leads as Co-Head of Client Delivery. Over the course of her journey, she has mentored more than 300 high school students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. Her students have earned acceptances to prestigious institutions such as Stanford, Cornell, UC Berkeley, Dartmouth, JHU, Oxford, and Brown, to name a few. She brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and academic depth to every student journey she oversees.

Vandanee’s approach is grounded in empathy and empowerment, helping students not only meet global benchmarks but also discover and express their most authentic narratives. She has also contributed to The Indian Express and NDTV as a writer on education and global admissions, and previously worked with All India Radio as a scriptwriter and narrator. A firm believer that education should be transformational and not transactional, Vandanee is passionate about building meaningful student experiences and cultivating systems that balance personalization with excellence. She sees education as a powerful tool for identity, access, and lifelong growth—and is committed to nurturing the next generation of global change-makers.
