Nishita is an HR Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management & Relations from Oxford Brookes University, Oxfordshire.

She is currently leading talent acquisition across diverse geographies including Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, India, and beyond. With 13.5 years of rich experience in Human Resources across various industries like Sports, Education and Mental Healthcare in the past, she currently oversees and manages people practices at AddedEducation — from driving global recruitment and performance management to shaping onboarding experiences and strengthening HR operations.
