She began her career as a teacher in the UK and Dubai, developing a practical, student-centred understanding that allows her to assess readiness, learning styles, and long-term fit beyond academic results. She later worked with Gallup, a global management consulting firm, supporting organisations across the Middle East and strengthening her advisory, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
